Table Mountain Treks and Tours, staff and agents, and any other person directly or indirectly in the employ of Table Mountain Treks and Tours will not be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, or inconvenience to any person and or his/her personal property and/or luggage, whenever the same shall arise from, or be occasioned by the negligence of Table Mountain Treks and Tours, their staff and agents, or any other person directly or indirectly in the company’s employ or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.

The onus is on the client/s and or passengers to arrange for their own insurance for any medical costs, personal accident, personal effects whether it be damage and/or loss of same and any possible cancellations that may occur.

Cancellation Policy

• If the weather conditions are not good for hiking at all / extreme
  weather and we feel it is necessary to cancel the hike, then there is
  a full refund, less any card/bank transaction fee.
• If the client cancels for any reason, between 72 to 24 hours prior to
  the hike, then a 50% cancellation fee is payable.
• If the client cancels the hike for any reason, less than 24 hours
  prior to the hike, then the full guiding fee will be charged.
